Buyer Agreement

Last updated November 3, 2026

This Buyer Agreement applies when you buy anything on the Ideably Board. It is part of, and incorporates, the Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to this Agreement.

Read this before you pay. It explains what you are and are not getting, because buying a website or app is not like buying a product from a store.

1. You buy from the seller, not from Ideably

Ideably is a venue that connects you with a seller and helps hold your payment until delivery. Ideably is not the seller and is not a party to your purchase. Your contract is with the seller. Ideably does not own, make, test, vet, endorse, or guarantee any listing.

2. Everything is sold AS IS

You buy each item “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without any warranty from Ideably. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • the item may not perform the way the listing, screenshots, or demo suggest, and results will vary;
  • any revenue, profit, traffic, user, or growth figures shown are the seller's claims, are not verified or guaranteed by Ideably, and are not a promise of future results — a 'revenue verified' badge is only a limited check, not a guarantee;
  • code or content may contain bugs, security flaws, third-party or AI-generated components, or licence obligations you must review;
  • accounts, domains, integrations, API keys, or app-store listings included may be non-transferable, suspended, or subject to another party's approval that is outside Ideably's control;
  • you are responsible for your own due diligence before buying, and for operating, maintaining, securing, and complying with the law for whatever you buy afterward.

3. Do your own due diligence

You are expected to review the listing, ask the seller questions, and verify anything that matters to you (ownership, metrics, transferability, legal and tax implications) before you pay. If something is important to your decision, confirm it with the seller in writing before purchase. Ideably cannot do this for you.

4. Payment and delivery protection

Your payment is processed by Stripe and held until you confirm the seller has delivered, or until the automatic-release period passes, at which point it is released to the seller. This “delivery protection” is a convenience, not escrow, not insurance, and not a guarantee of a refund. Confirm delivery only once you have actually received and checked what you bought.

Refunds, reversals, and disputes are handled with the seller and are ultimately subject to the payment processor’s and card networks’ rules. Opening a dispute or chargeback does not guarantee a refund.

5. What you can and can't do with it

After purchase, the item is yours to run subject to any licences attached to third-party or AI-generated components. You are responsible for its lawful operation, for any data you receive (including privacy obligations to that data’s subjects), and for any taxes on your purchase. You are not buying any security, equity, or stake in a company — only the asset itself.

6. Limits and indemnity

Ideably’s role is limited and its liability to you is capped as set out in the Terms of Service. Because Ideably is not the seller, it is not responsible for the item, the seller’s conduct, or whether the item meets your expectations. You agree to hold Ideably harmless for claims arising from your purchase or your use of what you bought.
