This Seller Agreement applies when you list anything for sale on the Ideably Board. It is part of, and incorporates, the Terms of Service. By listing an item for sale, or by completing a sale, you agree to this Agreement. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the more specific term controls for sales.
Ideably is a venue only. You, the seller, are the sole party selling your item. Ideably is not the seller, not your broker, not your agent, and not a party to your sale.
You list and sell software, websites, apps, and digital assets only. You confirm, for every listing, that:
Your listing must be accurate and not misleading. Any numbers you show — revenue, profit, traffic, users, rankings — must be true, current, and something you can substantiate on request. A “revenue verified” badge, if shown, reflects a limited check and is not a guarantee by Ideably. You must disclose material problems a reasonable buyer would want to know (dependencies, outstanding bills, bans, declining metrics, legal issues).
You are solely responsible for every statement in your listing and your messages. Fabricated or exaggerated claims can make you liable to the buyer and will get your listing and account removed.
